We’re back!
We’re all back in Sydney! After the 3-week mission, we survived our 34 hour trip back home, and we’re tired and exhausted, but satisfied that we have learnt a lot, and been able to be part of the ministries in Bolivia.
There is much to tell and show, but it is a long term process of reflection and action for the team, as we consider what God has given us in the past 3 weeks, and now what we demands of us as a result. Wehave learnt much about God, his world, ourselves, and ministry/mission.
Thanks for all your support and prayers, without which we could not have survived! We would ask that you continue to join us in prayer:
- Praise God that we have seen his sovereignty over all nations, and that his gospel is the true hope for all people.
- Please pray for the people of Bolivia - that non-believers will come to know and love our God. Pray too for Bolivian Christians and missionaries, that their faith and ministries will grow by God’s grace.
- Praise God that during our time, there were at least 2 women who became Christians through the outreach.
- Pray for our team’s recovery, as several members continue to struggle with health issues. Pray for our re-entry into “normal life”, and that our relationships will be renewed with those around us.
- Pray for the wisdom of the team, as each member considers how they can next serve God best with their lives in light of this time in Bolivia.
